Muay Thai – Kickboxing *** Custom Class *** $10

Description: Originally derived from a form of hand-to-hand combat in Thailand, contemporary Muay Thai has been adapted for use for everything from kick boxing training to ring fighting to health exercise and military training. Because Muay Thai is a very demanding martial art that requires expansive physical conditioning, these requirements also make Muay Thai training an excellent exercise for those looking to focus on fitness, weight loss, and self-defense.

When: Tues. 5:30-7:00pm and Sat. 8:00-9:30am

Beginner Yoga – 11:00am-12:00pm • $3.50 (Mat Required)

NEW Class! This yoga class is not on the mat, but in the chair, or behind the chair for stability. We will begin in the chair during our initial breathing and warm up exercises, then move behind the chair for the next segment and then back to the chair for stretching and relaxation. Anytime anyone needs to remain seated we will give seated modifications for their needs.
