Free TRX Seminars

Harrison Premier Fitness will be running a series of Free TRX seminars. Tuesday Feb. 16 at 6 pm, Thursday Feb. 18 at 10 am, Friday Feb. 19 at 9 am, Monday Feb. 22 at 12 pm and Wednesday Feb. 24 at 4 pm. These sessions will be one half hour seminars to show members what it’s all about including:

  1. What is TRX?
  2. How TRX works.
  3. How to adjust the straps.
  4. Proper form
  5. Basic exercises (squats, chest press. back rows, biceps, triceps and shoulders and core)
  6. Modification
  7. Class structure: Strength, Interval, HITT
  8. Stretches

 TRX’s motto is “All Core All The Time”. Members you will need to RSVP for these seminars.
