Personal Training and Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a cost affordable way to share personal training with friends or others who want to work with a trainer.

Sessions are 30-40 minutes long. The total cost per session is $40 for 3-4 members, the group can be larger, but the cost is $10 additional per participant. If someone doesn’t have friends to work with we can help put a group together. (We’ll still offer single and partner personal training). Non members must pay the daily fee plus the small group training rate.

The awesome feature of Small Group Training is that participants can choose the workout, weights, kettle bells, trx, indoor cycling, pilates, etc. (See below for the full list). In addition, if the participants want to target cardio, core or a particular muscle group, they can schedule a session that will take care of that.
