Thanksgiving News & Updates
Just wanted to update everyone of the schedule for Thanksgiving week.
November 23 – Thanksgiving Day – NO STAFF, 24 hour access only
November 24 – No Classes!!! Staffed 8am-4pm then 24hr access only
November 25 – Rella’s Saturday “Drum” Class is on! – 9am-10am, Staffed normal hours – 8am-1pm
November 26 – Staffed normal hours – 8am-1pm

Class Updates! S.T.R.O.N.G. Drum Class November 25, No AM Cycling November 15
Rella is extending the S.T.R.O.N.G. series one more week! The last class will be November 25th at the gym. She will be teaching Drum Class! Don’t miss out!
Also note that there will be NO AM Cycling with Sarah on November 15, class will resume as normal on November 22nd.
