Spring Fit Camp

Got a goal to meet this Spring? Need to be accountable? Join our Spring Fit Camp for 6 weeks of intense training. You’ll meet 2 times a week, use Spin Bikes, Resistance Bands, Kettle Bells, TRX, Body Weight and more to improve fitness, health and body composition! Mondays and Thursdays 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Sign up at our Front Desk by 03/06/2015. Minimum number of participants required. Cost: Members $110.00 + tax, Non-Members $150.00 + tax.
