Harrison Premier Fitness will be running a series of Free TRX seminars. Tuesday Feb. 16 at 6 pm, Thursday Feb. 18 at 10 am, Friday Feb. 19 at 9 am, Monday Feb. 22 at 12 pm and Wednesday Feb. 24 at 4 pm. These sessions will be one half hour seminars to show members what it’s all about including:
- What is TRX?
- How TRX works.
- How to adjust the straps.
- Proper form
- Basic exercises (squats, chest press. back rows, biceps, triceps and shoulders and core)
- Modification
- Class structure: Strength, Interval, HITT
- Stretches
