This class is a combination of Cycling and TRX suspension training on most nights. Cycling classes are indoor cycling workouts that can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout — burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
$5 for members or non-members.

How do I go about joining this class. I think a group class would be better for me
You check the time of the class on the Classes page on the calendar, then show up for the class, pay $5, take the class. It starts back up after the first of the year. If you have more questions call 513-367-0003.
